How to check-in?
Please place your QR code which you can find in your registration account on the reader at the desk. You can also download the code, too.
Name badge
For those who have completed registration and payment until Nov 21
You are required to print it by yourself and will receive the badge case in pdf when checking-in. The name badge will be provided on Nov 22 by email.
For those who complete registration and payment between Nov 22-25
You will receive your name badge until Nov 26.
Social Program
Pre-registered participants will be provided the tickets to join the programs at the desk. You have received each announcement when you registered. Please visit to the ticket desk to pick up your ticket during the conference.
NOTE: we recommend you come to the desk during coffee break or lunch time to avoid making long lines.
Conference Materials
You can download “Digital Proceedings” from the online platform “Confit”. You will also find the timetable and program on the platform. Login information will be sent by email named "[ICEMS2024] Name card, Digital Proceedings and Digital Book of Program". If you don’t receive it, please contact the secretariat.
NOTE: This platform is NOT for the virtual format. This meeting is going to be held fully in-person format.

How to check-in?
